حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّلْتِ الْكُوفِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لِفَاطِمَةَ «أَيْنَ بَعْلُكِ؟» فَقَالَتْ وَقَعَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُ كَلَامٌ فَخَرَجَ مُغاضَبًا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لِرَجُلٍ «أَبْصِرْ لِي عَلِيًّا» فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ هُوَ ذَا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَأَتَاهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَالرِّيحُ يَسْفِي عَلَيْهِ التُّرَابَ قَالَ «قُمْ يَا أَبَا تُرَابٍ» قَالَ سَهْلٌ فَوَاللهِ إِنْ كَانَ لَأَحَبَّ أَسْمَائِهِ إِلَيْهِ

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said to Fatimah, "Where is your husband?" She said, "There was some talk between me and him, and he went out angry." The Prophet ﷺ said to a man, "Look for Ali for me." He said, "O Messenger of God, there he is in the mosque." The Prophet ﷺ came to him while the wind was blowing dust over him. He said, "Get up, O Abu Turab." Sahl said, "By God, it was the most beloved of his names to him."
