حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ رِشْدِينَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَرْيَمَ أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حَازِمٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ يَقُولُ ذُكِرَ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الشُّؤْمُ فَقَالَ «إِنْ كَانَ فِي شَيْءٍ فَفِي الْمَرْأَةِ وَالْمَسْكَنِ وَالْفَرَسِ»

✧ I heard Sahl b. Sa'd say: Bad omens were mentioned in the presence of the Messenger of God ﷺ. He said: "If there is bad omen in anything, it is in the woman, the dwelling, and the horse."
