حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْمِهْرِقَانِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الدَّشْتَكِيُّ ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ أُسَيْدِ بْنِ حُضَيْرٍ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا كَانَ يُضْحِكُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِذْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِإِصْبَعِهِ فِي خَاصِرَتِهِ قَالَ قَتَلْتَنِي يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ قَالَ «اقْتَصَّ» قَالَ إِنَّ عَلَيْكَ قَمِيصًا وَلَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَيَّ قَمِيصٌ فَرَفَعَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَمِيصَهُ حَتَّى بَدَا كَشْحُهُ فَاحْتَضَنَهُ وَجَعَلَ يُقَبِّلُ كَشْحَهُ وَيَقُولُ بِأَبِي وَأُمِّي هَذَا أَرَدْتُ

✧ A man was making people laugh in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ when the Messenger of God ﷺ pointed with his finger at his side. He said: You have killed me, O Messenger of God. He said: Retaliate. He said: You are wearing a shirt and I was not wearing a shirt. So the Messenger of God ﷺ lifted his shirt until his flank showed, and he embraced him and began kissing his flank, saying: May my father and mother be your ransom; this is what I wanted.
