حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عُبَيْدٌ اللهِ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ثنا عَمِّي ثنا أَبِي عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ أَنَّ عُبَيْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ
أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ وَزَيْدَ بْنَ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيَّ أَخْبَرَاهُ أَنَّهُمَا سَمِعَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَسْأَلُ عَنِ الْأَمَةِ تَزْنِي وَلَمْ تُحْصَنْ؟ قَالَ «اجْلِدُوهَا إِنْ زَنَتْ ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ بِيعُوهَا وَلَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ» فِي الثَّالِثَةِ أَوْ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ
Translation

✧ He informed him that Abu Hurayrah and Zayd b. Khalid al-Juhani informed him that they heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ being asked about a slave woman who fornicates and has not been previously married. He said, "Flog her if she fornicates. Then if she fornicates, flog her. Then sell her, even for a rope of hair," at the third or fourth time.
