حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ كَرَامَةَ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا أَبُو مَرْزُوقٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ قَالَ

مَرَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى مَسْجِدِ قُبَاءَ وَهُمْ يُصَلُّونَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ فَقَالَ «مَا هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةُ؟» قَالُوا تَسْبِيحٌ قَالَ «إِنَّ صَلَاةَ الْأَوَّابِينَ إِذَا رَمِضَتِ الْفِصَالُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by the mosque of Quba while they were praying two rak'ahs. He said: “What is this prayer?” They said: “Glorification.” He said: “The prayer of the penitent is when the young weaned camels feel the heat of the sun.”
