حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ حَمْدَانَ الْحَنَفِيُّ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ قَالَا ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ كَرَامَةَ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا حَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ «اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْهَرَمِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ اللهُمَّ آتِ نَفْسِي تَقْوَاهَا أَنْتَ خَيْرُ مَنْ زَكَّاهَا أَنْتَ وَلِيُّهَا وَمَوْلَاهَا اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ قَلْبٍ لَا يَخْشَعُ وَنَفَسٍ لَا تَشْبَعُ وَصَلَاةٍ لَا تَنْفَعُ وَدَعْوَةٍ لَا يُسْتَجَابُ لَهَا»

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he used to say: “O Allah, I seek refuge in You from incapacity, laziness, cowardice, miserliness, senility, and the torment of the grave. O Allah, grant my soul its piety; You are the best to purify it, You are its guardian and master. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from a heart that is not humble, a soul that is not satisfied, a prayer that does not benefit, and a supplication that is not answered.”
