✧ The license to establish prayer in the outskirts while traveling on a rainy day.

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْوَكِيعِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ السَّامِيُّ ثنا سَوَادَةُ بْنُ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ ثنا صَالِحُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ بْنِ أُسَامَةَ الْهُذَلِيِّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ؓ

عَنْ نَبِيِّ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا شَهِدَتْ أُمَّةٌ مِنَ الْأُمَمِ وَهُمْ أَرْبَعُونَ فَصَاعِدًا أَجَازَ اللهُ شَهَادَتَهُمْ أَوْ قَالَ صَدَّقَ شَهَادَتَهُمْ

✧ From the Prophet of Allah ﷺ, he said: "If a nation among the nations testifies, and they are forty or more, Allah accepts their testimony—or he said: He confirms their testimony."
