حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْمِصِّيصِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادُ ثنا سُلَيْمُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ حُجْرِ الْمَدَرِيِّ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْعُمْرَى وَالرُّقْبَى سَبِيلُهَا سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ»
