حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الضَّبِّيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الطَّائِفِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ طَاوُسًا يَقُولُ حَدَّثَنِي حُجْرُ الْمَدَرِيُّ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى فِي الْعُمْرَى أَنَّهَا لِلْمُعَمَّرِ حَيَاتَهُ وَمَوْتَهُ»

✧ “The Messenger of God ﷺ ruled concerning the ʿumrā that it belongs to the one to whom it is given for his lifetime and after his death.”
