حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ خَالِدِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ الرَّقِّيُّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ جَدِّي خَالِدِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ يُونُسِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ أَبِي

عَنْ رَجُلٍ يَغْزُو وَيَبِيعُ وَيُشْتَرِي وَيَتَّجِرُ فِي غَزْوَتِهِ؟ فَقَالَ لَهُ أَبِي «كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ بِتَبُوكَ نَشْتَرِي وَنَبِيعُ وَهُوَ يَرَانَا فَمَا يَنْهَانَا»

✧ About a man who raids, sells, buys, and trades during his campaign? My father said to him: “We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ at Tabuk, buying and selling while he saw us, and he did not forbid us.”
