حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا عَمِّي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ثنا أَبِي ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ هَذَا الْمَالَ خَضِرَةٌ حُلْوَةٌ»

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Muʿādh b. al-Muthanná
  2. ʿAmmī ʿUbaydullāh b. Muʿādh from my father
  3. ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. Abū al-Zinād from his father
  4. Khārijah b. Zayd b. Thābit from his father

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Indeed this wealth is sweet and green.”
