حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ثنا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَخَّصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرِيَّةِ يَأْخُذُهَا أَهْلُ الْبَيْتِ بِخَرْصِهَا يَأْكُلُونَهَا رُطَبًا»
