حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَخْبَرَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ

«أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهُ ﷺ رَخَّصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا بِالرُّطَبِ أَوْ بِتَمْرٍ وَلَمْ يُرَخِّصْ فِي غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ»
