حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا جَرِيرٌ كِلَاهُمَا عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ قَالَ

خَرَجْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ حَاجًّا فَكَانَ النَّاسُ يَأْتُونَهُ فَقَالَ قَائِلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ سَعَيْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَطُوفَ أَوْ أَخَّرْتُ شَيْئًا فَكَانَ يَقُولُ لَهُمْ «لَا حَرَجَ إِلَّا عَلَى رَجُلٍ اقْتَرَضَ مِنْ عِرْضِ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَهُوَ ظَالِمٌ فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي حَرِجَ وَهَلَكَ»

✧ I went out with the Prophet ﷺ as a pilgrim, and the people would come to him. A man said: "O Messenger of Allah, I did sa'i before tawaf" or "I delayed something." He said to them: "No harm, except upon a man who borrows from the honor of a Muslim man while he is wronging; that is the one who is in harm and is destroyed."
