✧ Rabi'ah son of al-Harith son of Abdul-Muttalib son of Hashim, also known as Abu Arwa. His mother and the mother of his brother Abu Sufyan son of al-Harith are the same person, Azza bt. Qays bin Tariq from the offspring of al-Harith bin Fehr. She passed away in the twenty-third year. Nofal son of al-Harith, also known as Abu al-Harith, passed away in al-Madinah in the fifteenth year. He is the brother of their father and mother. All of them are siblings of Rabi'ah, Abu Sufyan, and Nofal.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الْمِصِّيصِيُّ ثنا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ بِشْرٍ الْحَرِيرِيُّ قَالَا ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ أَنَّ رَبِيعَةَ بْنَ كَعْبٍ
أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَبِيتُ عِنْدَ بَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَكَانَ يَسْمَعُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ «سُبْحَانَ اللهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ» الْهَوِيَّ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ «سُبْحَانَ رَبِّي وَبِحَمْدِهِ» نَحْوَ ذَلِكَ

✧ He informed him that he used to spend the night at the Messenger of God's ﷺ door, and he would hear the Messenger of God ﷺ say during the night: "Glory be to God, Lord of the worlds" for the hawi, then he would say: "Glory be to my Lord and praise be to Him," something like that.
