✧ The lineage of Rifa'ah b. 'Abdul-Mundhir Abu Lubabah al-Ansari, from Banu 'Amr b. 'Awf, then from Banu Umayyah b. Zaid, also called Bishr b. 'Abdul-Mundhir, also called Bashir b. 'Abdul-Mundhir.

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ أَبِي خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

خَرَجْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِلَى السُّوقِ فَقَالَ «يَا مَعْشَرَ التُّجَّارِ» فَرَفَعَ إِلَيْهِ التُّجَّارُ أَبْصَارَهُمْ وَاسْتَجَابُوا لَهُ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ التُّجَّارَ يُبْعَثُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فُجَّارًا إِلَّا مَنِ اتَّقَى وَبَرَّ وَصَدَقَ»

✧ I went out with the Prophet ﷺ to the market. He said: “O company of merchants!” The merchants raised their eyes toward him and responded to him. He said: “Indeed, merchants will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection as wicked people, except for those who fear Allah, act righteously, and are truthful.”
