حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْعَلَّافُ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ أَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَنِي رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ التُّجِيبِيُّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ حَنَشًا الصَّنْعَانِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رُوَيْفِعِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يَرْكَبُ دَابَّةً مِنَ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى إِذَا أَنْقَضَهَا رَدَّهَا فِي الْمَغَانِمِ وَلَا ثَوْبًا يَلْبَسُهُ حَتَّى إِذَا خَلُقَ رَدَّهُ فِي الْمَغَانِمِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not ride a beast from the spoils of war until, when he has exhausted it, he returns it to the spoils; nor a garment he wears until, when it is worn out, he returns it to the spoils.”
