حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْعَلَّافُ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ أَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَنِي رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ مَوْلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ التُّجِيبِيَّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ حَنَشًا الصَّنْعَانِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ

عَنْ رُوَيْفِعِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عِي غَزْوَةَ أُنَاسٍ قَبْلَ الْمَغْرِبِ يَقُولُ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِي غَزْوَةِ خَيْبَرَ «إِنَّهُ بَلَغَنِي أَنَّكُمْ تَتَبَايَعُونَ الْمِثْقَالُ بِالنِّصْفِ أَوِ الثُّلُثَيْنِ وَإِنَّهُ لَا يَصْلُحُ إِلَّا الْمِثْقَالُ بِالْمِثْقَالِ وَالْوَزْنُ بِالْوَزْنِ»

✧ From Ruwayfiʿ b. Thābit, regarding the expedition of some people before sunset, saying that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said during the expedition of Khaybar: “It has reached me that you are exchanging a mithqāl for half or two-thirds; that is not right except mithqāl for mithqāl and weight for weight.”
