حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ أَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مَرَّ بِزَرْعٍ فَقَالَ «لِمَنْ هَذَا الزَّرْعُ؟» قَالُوا لِفُلَانٍ وَالْأَرْضُ لِفُلَانٍ فَنَهَى عَنْ ذَلِكَ وَقَالَ «مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ»

✧ That the Prophet ﷺ passed by a crop and said, “Whose crop is this?” They said, “It belongs to so-and-so, and the land belongs to so-and-so.” He forbade that and said, “Whoever has land should cultivate it or give it to his brother.”
