حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا أَبِي ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا دُحَيْمٌ قَالَا أَنْبَأَ سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ

«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الرُّطَبِ بِالتَّمْرِ وَرَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرِيَّةِ أَنْ يَشْتَرِيَهَا أَهْلُهَا بِخَرْصِهَا بِتَمْرٍ يَأْكُلُونَهُ»

✧ "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling fresh dates for dry dates, but allowed the 'ariyyah, that its owners could buy it by estimating its amount with dry dates that they eat."
