حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْجَارُودِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ قُدَامَةَ الْجُمَحِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْجُمَحِيِّ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ وَأَنَا عِنْدَ نَاقَتِهِ «لَيْسَ لِوَارِثٍ وَصِيَّةٌ قَدْ أَعْطَى الله ﷻ كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ مَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ أَوْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said on the Day of the Conquest, while I was at his camel's side: "No bequest to an heir. God ﷻ has given every possessor of a right his right. For the fornicator is the stone. Whoever claims descent from other than his father or takes as patrons other than his masters, upon him is the curse of God, the angels, and all people. God will accept from him neither an obligatory nor a supererogatory deed on the Day of Resurrection."
