حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَا ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ أَنَّ أَبَا عُبَيْدَةَ ؓ تَنَاوَلَ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ فَنَهَاهُ عَنْهُ خَالِدُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ ؓ فَقَالُوا لِخَالِدٍ أَغْضَبْتَ أَبَا عُبَيْدَةَ فَقَالَ إِنِّي لَمْ أُغْضِبْهُ وَلَكِنِّي

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّ أَشَدَّ النَّاسِ عَذَابًا لِلنَّاسِ فِي الدُّنْيَا أَشَدُّهُمْ عَذَابًا عِنْدَ اللهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, “Indeed, the people most severe in punishing people in this world will be the most severe in punishment with Allah on the Day of Resurrection.”
