حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنِ الْأَجْلَحِ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ هَذَا الطَّاعُونَ رِجْزٌ وَعَذَابٌ عُذِّبَ بِهِ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ فَإِذَا كَانَ بِأَرْضٍ فَلَا تَخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا وَإِذَا وَقَعَ بِأَرْضٍ وَلَسْتُمْ بِهَا فَلَا تَدْخُلُوهَا»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “This plague is a punishment and torment with which those before you were punished. So if it is in a land, do not leave it, and if it falls in a land while you are not in it, do not enter it.”
