حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدُوسِ بْنِ كَامِلٍ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ أَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا عَطَسَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَقُلْ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ وَلْيَقُلِ الَّذِي يَسْمَعُهُ يَرْحَمُكَ اللهُ وَيَرُدُّ عَلَيْهِ يَهْدِيكَ اللهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكَ

Translation

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "When one of you sneezes, let him say: 'Al-hamdu lillahi 'ala kulli hal' (Praise be to Allah in every situation), and let the one who hears him say: 'Yarhamuka Allah' (May Allah have mercy on you), and he should reply to him: 'Yahdikumu Allah wa yuslihu balakum' (May Allah guide you and set your affairs right)."
