حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ حَدِّثْنِي بِعَمَلٍ يُدْخِلُنِي الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ الْقَوْمُ مَالَهُ مَالَهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَرَبٌ مَالَهُ تَعْبُدُ اللهَ لَا تُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَتُقِيمُ الصَّلَاةَ وَتُؤْتِي الزَّكَاةَ وَتَصِلُ الرَّحِمَ ذَرْهَا عَنْكَ»

✧ A man came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, “Tell me of a deed that will admit me to Paradise.” The people said, “What is with him? What is with him?” The Prophet ﷺ said, “He is in need. Worship Allah and do not associate anything with Him, establish prayer, give zakāh, and maintain ties of kinship. Leave it.”
