حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِرْقٍ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ثنا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ غَزْوَانَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْمِقْدَامِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِثْلَهُ «أَلَا لَا يَقُولُ رَجُلٌ مُتَّكِئٌ عَلَى أَرِيكَتِهِ مَا وَجَدْنَا فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ مِنْ حَلَالٍ أَحْلَلْنَاهُ وَمَا وَجَدْنَا فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ مِنْ حَرَامٍ حَرَّمْنَاهُ أَلَا وَإِنِّي أُحَرِّمُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَمْوَالَ الْمُعَاهَدِينَ» الْحَدِيثَ

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, similar to it: “Indeed, let no man reclining on his couch say, ‘Whatever we find lawful in the Book of Allah, we declare lawful, and whatever we find unlawful in the Book of Allah, we declare unlawful.’ Indeed, I forbid to you the wealth of those with whom we have a treaty,” and the rest of the hadith.
