حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُقَدَّمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ثنا عَمِّي الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ أَمِينٌ وَأَمِينُ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ»

Translation

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, “Every nation has a trustworthy one, and the trustworthy one of this nation is Abu 'Ubaydah b. al-Jarrah.”
