حَدَّثَنَا إِدْرِيسُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْعَطَّارُ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ فَارِسٍ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ الْبُنَانِيِّ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ الْجَدَلِيِّ عَنْ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَقَالَ «لِلْمُسَافِرِ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ وَلَيَالِيهِنَّ وَلِلْمُقِيمِ يَوْمٌ وَلَيْلَةٌ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ also said: “The traveler [may wipe over his leather socks] for three days and their nights, and the resident for a day and a night.”
