حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ ثنا هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْمُؤَدِّبُ ثنا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ قَالَا ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الْخَطْمِيِّ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ رَأَى

كَأَنَّهُ يَسْجُدُ عَلَى جَبْهَةِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرَهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «اجْلِسْ وَاسْجُدْ وَاصْنَعْ كَمَا رَأَيْتَ»

✧ It was as if he was prostrating on the forehead of the Prophet ﷺ. So he came to the Prophet ﷺ and informed him, and the Prophet ﷺ said to him: “Sit, prostrate, and do as you saw.”
