حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا الصَّبَّاحُ بْنُ مُحَارِبٍ ثنا دَاوُدُ الْأَوْدِيُّ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: ‘Whoever drinks wine, flog him. If he returns, flog him. If he returns, flog him. If he returns a fourth time, kill him.’
