حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا أَبَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَجَلِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ دَخَلَ الْغَيْضَةَ فَقَضَى حَاجَتَهُ فَأَتَاهُ جَرِيرٌ بِإِدَاوَةٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ فَاسْتَنْجَى وَمَسَحَ يَدَهُ بِالتُّرَابِ ثُمَّ غَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ وَذِرَاعَيْهِ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ وَعَلَى خُفَّيْهِ فَقُلْتُ يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ قَدَمَيْكَ قَالَ «إِنِّي أَدْخَلْتُهُمَا طَاهِرَتَيْنِ»
Translation

✧ The Prophet of Allah ﷺ entered a thicket, relieved himself, and Jarir brought him a waterskin. He performed istinja, wiped his hand on the dust, then washed his face and forearms, wiped his head and his leather socks. I said: ‘O Prophet of Allah, your feet?’ He said: ‘I put them in while they were pure.’
