حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ ثنا الْأَزْرَقُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا حَسَّانُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا مِنْ قَوْمٍ يَكُونُ فِيهِمْ مَنْ يَعْمَلُ بِالْمَعَاصِيِ هُمْ أَكْثَرُ مِنْهُ وَأَعَزُّ فَيَدْهُنُونَ وَيَسْكُتُونَ فَلَا يُغَيِّرُونَ إِلَّا أَصَابَتْهُمْ فِيهِ عُقُوبَةٌ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "There are no people among whom there is someone who commits acts of disobedience, while they are greater in number and more powerful than him, and they deal gently and remain silent and do not change it, except that punishment will befall them in it."
