حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»
