حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»
