حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى الْعَدُوِّ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»
