Disbelief of the Misguided Jahmiyyah about the Beatific Vision

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْأَبَّارُ قَالَا ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ بَيَانَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَمُجَالِدٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ
خَرَجَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْلَةَ الْبَدْرِ فَنَظَرَ إِلَى الْقَمَرِ فَقَالَ «تَنْظُرُونَ إِلَى رَبِّكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كَمَا تَنْظُرُونَ إِلَى هَذَا الْقَمَرِ لَا تُضَامُونَ فِي رُؤْيَتِهِ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ came out to us on the night of the full moon and looked at the moon, then said, “You will see your Lord on the Day of Resurrection just as you see this moon, and you will suffer no hardship in seeing Him.”
