حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ قَالُوا ثنا خَالِدٌ عَنْ بَيَانَ عَنْ قَيْسٍ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ كَانَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ بَيْتٌ يُقَالُ لَهُ ذَا الْخُلَّصَةِ كَانَ يُقَالُ لَهُ الْكَعْبَةُ الْيَمَانِيَةُ فَقَالَ
لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «هَلْ أَنْتَ مُرِيحِي مِنْ ذِي الْخُلَّصَةِ؟» قَالَ فَمَرَرْتُ إِلَيْهِ بِخَمْسِينَ وَمِئةِ فَارِسٍ مِنْ أَحْمَسَ فَكَسَرْتُهُ وَقَتَلْنَا مَنْ وَجَدْنَاهُ عِنْدَهُ فَأَتَيْتُهُ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ فَدَعَا لَنَا وَلِلْأَحْمَسِيِّينَ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me: "Will you relieve me of Dhu al-Khalasah?" He said: "I went to it with one hundred and fifty horsemen from Ahmas, and I destroyed it and killed those we found there. Then I came to him and informed him, and he supplicated for us and for the Ahmasiyyin."
