حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنْ لَيْثِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أُمِّ مَالِكٍ الْبَهْزِيَّةِ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «خَيْرُ النَّاسِ فِي الْفِتْنَةِ رَجُلٌ مُعْتَزِلٌ فِي مَالِهِ يَعْبُدُ رَبَّهُ وَيُؤَدِّي حَقَّهُ وَرَجُلٌ أَخَذَ بِرَأْسِ فَرَسِهِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ يُخِيفُهُمْ وَيُخِيفُونَهُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The best of people in tribulation is a man who withdraws with his wealth, worships his Lord, and gives His due, and a man who takes hold of his horse's head in the path of Allah, frightening them and they frighten him.'
