حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْمِصِّيصِيُّ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْأَشْيَبُ ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ دُرَّةَ بِنْتَ مُعَاذٍ تُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ الْأَنْصَارِيَّةَ

أَنَّهَا سَأَلَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَنَتَزَاوَرُ إِذَا مِتْنَا وَيَرَى بَعْضُنَا بَعْضًا؟ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «يَكُونُ الْمَنْسِمُ طَيْرًا تَعَلَّقَ بِالشَّجَرِ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ دَخَلَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ فِي جَسَدِهَا»

✧ That she asked the Prophet ﷺ, “Will we visit each other when we die, and will we see one another?” The Prophet ﷺ said, “The soul will be a bird that hangs on the trees, until on the Day of Resurrection every soul enters its body.”
