✧ Hind, the mother of Muʿāwiyah, came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said: "O Messenger of Allah, Abū Sufyān is a miserly man and he does not give my children except what I take from him without his knowledge. Is there anything upon me in that?" The Prophet ﷺ said to her: "Take what suffices you and your children, with what is reasonable."
