حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ قَالَتْ

بُعِثَ إِلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِشَاةٍ مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ فَبَعَثَتْ إِلَيَّ عَائِشَةُ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْهَا فَلَمَّا جَاءَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى عَائِشَةَ قَالَ «هَلْ عِنْدَكُمْ شَيْءٌ؟» قَالَتْ لَا إِلَّا أَنَّ نُسَيْبَةَ بَعَثَتْ إِلَيْنَا مِنَ الشَّاةِ الَّتِي بَعَثْتُ بِهَا إِلَيْهَا فَقَالَ «إِنَّهَا قَدْ بَلَغَتْ مَحِلِّهَا»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent me a sheep from the zakāh, and ʿĀʾishah sent me some of it. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to ʿĀʾishah, he said: “Do you have anything?” She said: “No, except that Nusaybah sent us from the sheep that I sent to her.” He said: “It has reached its destination.”
