✧ I came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, 'O Messenger of Allah, I am a woman who has become heavy; teach me something I can say while I am sitting.' He said, 'Say Allahu Akbar one hundred times, for it is better for you than one hundred adorned, accepted camels. Say Subhan Allah one hundred times, for it is better for you than one hundred saddled, bridled horses that you would ride in Allah's cause. Say Alhamdu lillah one hundred times, for it is better for you than one hundred slaves from Banu Isma'il whom you would set free. Say La ilaha illa Allah one hundred times; it leaves no sin and no deed outpaces them.'
