حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُخْتَارِ عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ بْنِ الْأَزْهَرِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ قَالَتْ

خَطَبَنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَلَمْ أَكُنْ أُحِلُّ لَهُ لِأَنِّي لَمْ أَكُنْ هَاجَرْتُ فَنَزَلَتْ {وَبَنَاتِ عَمِّكَ وَبَنَاتِ عَمَّاتِكَ وَبَنَاتِ خَالِكَ وَبَنَاتِ خَالَاتِكَ اللَّاتِي هَاجَرْنَ مَعَكَ}

✧ The Prophet ﷺ proposed to me, but I was not lawful for him because I had not emigrated. Then it was revealed: {And the daughters of your paternal uncles, the daughters of your paternal aunts, the daughters of your maternal uncles, and the daughters of your maternal aunts who emigrated with you}.
