حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَدَّادِ بْنِ الْهَادِ ابْنِ ابْنَةِ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ

«أَنَّهَا أَعْتَقَتْ مَمْلُوكًا لَهَا فَمَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَمَوْلَاتَهُ بِنْتَ حَمْزَةَ فَوَرِثَتْهُ بِنْتَهُ النِّصْفَ وَبِنْتَ حَمْزَةَ النِّصْفَ»

✧ She freed a slave of hers, then he died and left his daughter and his mistress, the daughter of Hamzah. His daughter inherited half, and the daughter of Hamzah inherited half.
