✧ Zainab bt. Abi Salamah b. AbdeI-Asad al-Makhzumiyyah "and she was the foster sister of the Messenger of Allah"ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا جَرِيرٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ زَيْنَبَ قَالَتْ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ هَلْ لِي مِنْ أَجْرٍ أَنْ أَتَصَدَّقَ عَلَى وَلَدِ عَبْدِ اللهِ مِنْ غَيْرِي؟ فَقَالَ «لَكِ كِفْلَانِ مِنَ الْأَجْرِ»

✧ I said: O Messenger of Allah, is there any reward for me if I give charity to the children of Abdullah from other than me? He said: "You will have two portions of the reward."
