حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ عَنِ امْرَأَتِهِ عَنْ أُخْتِ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَتْ

خَطَبَنَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ أَمَا لَكُنَّ فِي الْوَرِقِ مَا تَكْتَفِينَ بِهِ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْكُنَّ تَحَلَّى الذَّهَبَ فَتُظْهِرَهُ إِلَّا عُذِّبَتْ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ addressed us, saying: “O assembly of women, is there not for you in silver what suffices you? Indeed, there is none among you who adorns herself with gold and displays it except that she will be punished with it on the Day of Resurrection.”
