حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ ثنا بَشَّارُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ عَنِ امْرَأَتِهِ عَنْ أُخْتِ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَتْ

خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ أَمَا لَكُنَّ فِي الْوَرِقِ مَا يَكْفِيكُنَّ فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنِ امْرَأَةٍ تَحَلَّى ذَهَبًا تُظْهِرُهُ إِلَّا عُذِّبَتْ بِهِ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ addressed us, saying: “O assembly of women, is there not for you in silver what suffices you? For there is no woman who adorns herself with gold and displays it except that she will be punished with it.”
