حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُؤَمَّلِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي تَجْرَاةَ قَالَتْ
نَظَرْتُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَطُوفُ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ وَأَنَا فِي نِسْوَةٍ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ وَإِنَّهُ يَسْعَى فِي آخِرِ الْقَوْمِ يَقُولُ «اسْعَوْا فَإِنَّ اللهَ كَتَبَ عَلَيْكُمُ السَّعْيَ» فَنَظَرْتُ إِلَيْهِ وَإِنَّهُ يَسْعَى ومُؤْتَزَرُهُ يَدُورُ مِنْ شِدَّةِ السَّعْيِ

✧ I looked at the Prophet ﷺ while he was circumambulating between al-Safa and al-Marwa, and I was among women of Quraysh. He was performing saʿy at the rear of the people, saying: “Perform saʿy, for Allah has prescribed saʿy upon you.” I looked at him, and he was performing saʿy, and his lower garment was twisting around from the intensity of the saʿy.
