حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ثنا مُجَمِّعُ بْنُ يَحْيَى

حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْعُيوفِ صَعْبٌ أَوْ صَعِيبٌ الْعَنَزِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ عُمَيْسٍ تَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بِأُذُنَيَّ هَاتَيْنِ يَقُولُ مَنْ أَصَابَهُ هَمٌّ أَوْ غَمٌّ أَوْ سَقَمٌ أَوْ شِدَّةٌ فَقَالَ اللهُ رَبِّي لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ كَشَفَ ذَلِكَ عَنْهُ

✧ Abu al-'Uyuf Sa'b or Su'ayb al-'Anazi narrated to me, saying: I heard Asma' bt. 'Umays say, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with these two ears of mine say, "Whoever is afflicted by worry, grief, illness, or hardship, and says, 'Allah is my Lord, He has no partner,' that will be removed from him."
