✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed Zuhr at al-Sahba', then sent Ali on an errand. He returned after the Prophet ﷺ had prayed Asr. The Prophet ﷺ placed his head in Ali's lap and slept, and Ali did not move him until the sun had set. The Prophet ﷺ said, "O Allah, Your servant Ali held himself back for the sake of his Prophet, so return the sun for him." She said, "The sun rose for him until it was above the mountains and the earth. Ali got up, performed wudu, prayed Asr, and then the sun set. That was at al-Sahba'."
